These are Piotrek's impressions after the trip to Italy

My impressions after that trip are very positive. Our journey to Cava took a lot of time and was pretty exhausting, but very interesting, especially the flight - which was the first in my life.

Italian people are very hospitable, and I noticed that as early as we arrived in Salerno from where we were taken to Cava by two Italian teachers - they were very nice to us, and we didn't
have to look for them at the station, because they found us first.
When we arrived in Cava, we didn't have to wait long for the families, which were supposed to take care my friend and me.

The family I stayed with were very kind, friendly, hospitable and generous to me.
Their lifestyle is pretty much different from my family's - they spend more time with each other at home, because they have housekeeper who helps them.

Italian lifestyle is also different, because Italian people enjoy nightlife more than the "day life" - streets at night are always crowded.The weather throughout the whole week was great - always warm and sunny. That was a very nice change from the Polish weather in autumn. I have seen a great many beautliful things, like monuments, other cities such as Salerno, Naples, Rome, and especially beautiful sea. All those things made a great impression on me.

The Italian cuisine is like a paradise for me - pizza, spaghetti, pasta prepared in hundred different ways, ice creams, everything was delicious. We also have interesting cuisine, but we prefer simpler dishes like potatoes with pork chops or soups like a broth or tomato soup.


Students from other countries were very nice, their knowledge of English was greater than mine, but that wasn't a problem, and we were able to chat a lot, and that was a great pleasure for me and for them (at least I think so).

Hello !!!

This is is our group. We are 30 students – both male and female. We come from Czechowice-Dziedzice which is situated in southern Poland. We learn in the best school in the city - Zespół Szkół Technicznych i Licealnych. We attend the secondary school, we specialize in humanities and computer technology. Our school is very big. There are about 800 students in our school. We have a lot of classrooms - about 40.
We also have two gyms - a big one and a small one, a swimming - pool, a canteen and two shops.

We are happy to be a part of this project. We are looking forward to meeting you.
